Profile Overview
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC) based in Thailand to drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries in the APAC region. The role focuses on attracting top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and similar business functions. The ideal candidate has strong regional hiring experience, understands cross-cultural nuances, and can partner effectively with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for various roles across APAC.
- Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each market using:
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and regional job boards
Professional networks, referrals, communities, and market mapping
- Draft and localize job ads for diverse APAC markets.
- Conduct resume screening and HR interviews; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with global hiring managers to define requirements, align timelines, and support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate pipelines and deliver weekly recruitment dashboards (time-to-fill, pipeline status, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor regulations and internal HR standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives across APAC—career fairs, community events, and digital outreach.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and regional talent partners.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2+ years hiring across APAC
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience hiring for Sales, Customer Success, or Business roles
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality-tech, travel-tech, or fast-growth/startup environments (preferred)
- Exposure to regional employer branding strategies (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in scaling teams in a high-growth organization
- Fluent communication skills and comfort working across multiple time zones
